We work out what feeling you are looking for, what experiences you want to have, and in what direction your journey should develop. These central variables form the basis for your dream trip, and we then take care of the concrete implementation.

First conception
Based on the initial consultation, we develop a first travel idea. It defines the direction, mood, and itinerary with selected locations, suitable accommodations, and initial experiences. Not yet fixed, but deliberately open, so that your thoughts can continue to flow in.

Coordination & Further Development
Based on the initial concept, we further develop the journey together. Route, stays, and content are adjusted until everything feels harmonious and perfectly matches your travel style. This step thrives on exchange and ensures that a good idea becomes a suitable trip.

Selection of Experiences & Places
Once the direction and structure are in place, we select the specific locations and experiences. We combine well-known highlights with special recommendations, tailored to the travel time, desired mood, and our own experiences.

Final Design: Your Journey Becomes Reality
Once all content has been agreed upon, we will present the entire trip to you. The route, stays, experiences, and procedures will be jointly reviewed for final approval. Only when everything is perfect will we handle the complete booking and organization.

Even during the trip, we remain your personal contact. Whether spontaneous wishes, changes, or unexpected situations, we take care of things in the background so that you can travel relaxed.

It quickly became clear why previous trips had failed: too many changes of location, long journeys, hardly any time to really arrive. Patagonia had long been on their wish list, but with only two weeks, they were worried about constantly being on the go.
Conception
First Draft
Instead of covering as much as possible, we focused on a few regions and planned longer stays. The initial concept showed a clear route with enough time on site, without the claim of having to see everything.
Feedback conversation
2-3 coordination loops
Two stays were too short for them, another place felt too long by comparison. They wanted more time for hiking in certain places and fewer travel days. We adjusted exactly these points and shifted the route accordingly.
Final Performance
Detailed Itinerary
In the final presentation, the trip was complete. The pace was balanced, the sequence logical, the distances realistic. It was clearly recognizable where peace arises and where experiences are deliberately placed. At this point, the journey really felt "complete" for the first time.

Due to bad weather, a hotel could not be reached as planned. We organized an alternative at short notice. In the end, Anna and Markus even stayed there two nights longer than originally planned.
